Rotary screen printing is an ideal solution to applying a continuous print to rolls of fabric rather than to panels on a flatbed printer.
We can offer high-speed, bulk continuous printing on one or multiple of our automatic rotary print machines, which are operated by master printers with decades of experience.
Our in-house colour kitchen can match almost any shade utilising the Pantone colour library or from swatches supplied. These colours can be matched and applied to many different fabric types while maintaining industry-leading colourfastness.
Our flock printing applies a velvet-like covering to fabric in a continuous process. This raised print on the fabric's surface combines the speed and skill-set of our rotary printing experts while delivering a premium, quality product that is cost-effective.
Glittering is applied similarly to our rotary screen printing and flocking. We can source glitter to spec, and we can customise both size and colour to match your individual needs.
Both our flocking and glittering will remain wash and colour fast.

A brushed fabric surface produces a nap (a raised surface). A fabric is passed through a napper – rollers which have tiny raised hooks to pull fibres away from the fabric. The surface is then trimmed to make sure it is even. Brushing is used on cotton, which is often used for pyjama wear. It is also used on weft knitted polyester, to create polyester fleece. It is a good insulator as the raised surface traps air, keeping the wearer warm.
